Our story
We are keepers of an ancient tradition, made of rough hands, dawns in the fields and eyes turned to the sky. Our story is rooted in generations of Puglian farmers, in love with their land and with the olive tree, a sacred and resilient plant. Over time that love became a mission: to produce an honest oil, one that does not chase an artificial perfection, but tells, with pride, the truth of the fruit and of craft work.
